Why the question mark after the “Team Building” you may wonder. Well, as the Maverick Director I have pretty strong feelings on many things, and team building is one of them. I have to thank Kate Rigby Associates for helping me to see the light here.

Think about it - the implication in the term is that you don’t currently have a team, and want or need to build one! Maybe your team don’t always play as a team, but they are what you have and with a little (or a lot) of nurturing can become a really positive asset to your company. If you are uncomfortable with that, it’s ok, the thinking is a bit unusual, and doesn’t suit everyone. Give me a ring anyway! I’d love the opportunity to discuss it with you over a tea or coffee and, of course, biscuits (remember I’ll bring the biscuits).
